    No. The items Crafty Business offers for sale are shown and described in the Shop Sections. If you have questions, please feel free to send us a message.
  • Do you have a physical storefront location?
    At this time, we operate solely as an internet based business.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    You may make payment via major credit card using Pay Pal.
  • What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted for errors in shipments and defective items only, within 45 days of original shipment. Returns require prior authorization. Returns are not accepted for cut materals or items which are not in their original new condition.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity or dollar amount?
    We do not require minimums of any sort. So, if you just need a few beads in a particular color, you've definitely come to the right place.
  • Do you offer wholesale or quantity discounts?
    At this time we do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts. However, our prices are very competitive with other retailers offering similar quality products. We work hard to provide even the smallest quantity of beads for jewelry designers or home crafters at fair and reasonable prices.
